We are on our last shoot with Jeremy Flores in Bali and swell is 2 to 3 foot but looks like increasing later in thr week. Editing on all the other clips is just about complete. stay tuned for previews.

OK - there will definitely be good footage of Jeremy Flores in YG3, so don't worry about that - we are shooting more footage with him. Blake - our editor has edited Clay’s section and it looks pretty wild. More news on that soon.

We are currently editing through heaps of shots and are rough editing the surfers parts. At the same time we are on stand-by to roll out and chase our last swell of the shoot window. Being in Oz, we are looking at heading south as the east coast is looking kinda average for the next week. Ok the sharks have bailed but the 6ft swell around Newcastle in Oz has stayed. Dane and Clay surfed a outside reef down the coast yesterday and got thumped - Clay lost some skin but is in one piece. We are about to decide on our plan for next week - swell depending. At the same time Blake - our editor/filmer, is rough cutting clips. Clays section is already looking smooth.

Waves on the goldie have been Ok - nothing epic, but we filmed with Kelly yesterday at small snapper and he was blowing up. Today Kelly and Clay surfed together on he beach breaks and had super clean 3 foot waves. We are editing through the Indo footage and we are blown away at how many big airs and heavy snaps the young guns make in a session.

things just keep getting better on this shoot. the helicopter came and went and we barely got a shot, but just as we were feeling like we blew our chances to get some footage of long clean waves, we got the call we wanted. we were to get up at 4am, catch a 2hr boat ride to one of the seven-wonders of the surfing world. We are NOT going to put up all the pics or all the video... we can only give you a sample - but it tastes pretty good. pics should be up nlow, vids will follow in a day or so (web connection pending).

probably the best day - of surfing so far. clean 5ft powerful waves. Clay was doing the bigest moves we have ever seen. chopper time this afternoon - we'll see what happens. 5am boaat trip tomorrrow morning. 4am wake up. big day ahead. mny pics and vids to come. connection is so slow its almost unusable. will try and upload tonight. later go

ok, we left our caravan park two days ago and bolted to brisbane airpoirt. just made our flights and arrived in Darwin at one o'clock in the morning. Darwin at one a.m. is still a sauna. Had to get up at 5.30 and catch flights to indonesia. Quiksilver Indo team of Brand and Tripper said they had organised a hotel for us. What they should have said is they have organised private palaces for everyone. this is the best hotel i have ever been to in my life - same for everyone. Garrett was bouncing off the walls. Ry celebrated by tearing his shirt off. Clay went looking for a toilet (dunny in Australian). This place i like a movie set. I cant really do it justice in words... take a look at the pics. The surf is cranking. 30min drive away we pulled up to a black sand beach late in the afternoon and there are ramps and barrells everywhere. most of the shots are from the barrelling left - just down the beach dane went berserk on an a-frame. i think he pulled a 720 or 540. in snowboarding terms it would be called a 720. no pics of that - you'll have to wait for the DVD, check other pics. this morning the guys took off early for a session. pics coming soon. later.

last night the swell peaked and the boys went absolutely mental... really nuts. the footage is amazing, you'll get a taste soon, the clips are uploading... dvd should be sick. Clay has been coughing up green golfball-sized luggies and eventually he could cough them up no more. we tried to take him to a doctor, but none was available for 20miles. Took him to hospital where we waited for 2hrs - aaaaah. he is now on a steady course of antibiotics, painkillers, pseudoephidrine, beer and meatpies. he is out of the water for 24 hrs. this morning everyone else went surfing in smallers beachies, clay got a haircut from one of the towns most creative hairdressers. see pics.

first sunshine in a few days. same swell. plenty of waves. BBQ last night, early surf today. The guys are all spending more and more time on the MR boards. One in particular - the super twin - is everyones favourite. Julian went mental on it yesterday, so did Jake. fast and loose. The single fin is also getting a good run. Looks like we are goiung to indo for shizzle. how we are getting there is another story. later.

Onshore ramps behind a breakwall. Fat rollers along one of Australia's most celebrated right hand point breaks. the waves keep comin. JUlian went mental on an MR super twin (twin/thruster hybrid). jaw droping stuff - seriously. pissing rain all night and all day. We have just confirmed overseas travel mayhem. Chinese new year has booked out all flights, so we may be travelling on tramp steamer and stage coach. We are not sure when we fly out. looks like we will have to overnight in Darwin - famous Australia-wide for beer, mudcrabs, crocadiles and street-fights.
